Cancellation Policy

Session Guidelines:   Please note that this is an interactive session, everyone in attendance would need to participate to get the best of the meeting.    Meeting ground rules:   * 1. Please turn on cameras/videos within the meeting. * 2.  Introduce yourself at the start of the meeting when prompted. * 3. Arrive on time, 7 pm.  * 4. Please do not speak over people - raise your virtual hand to speak. * 5. Please mute yourself when you are not speaking.  * 6. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will be removed from the meeting. * 7. Please bring your Placement Planner/Reflective Journal to the meeting. * 8. The session will be recorded for quality assurance purposes. * 9. Sign into the meeting using your name to ensure you are addressed correctly. * 10. Please do not forward the link. Anyone not on the guest list will be removed from the meeting.
